  1. Apply to DOPL as a H100 HVAC Contractor.
  2. Two exams through Prov: the Utah Business and Law Exam and the HVAC (H100) written trade exam. source
  3. Experience: two years of full-time paid HVAC-specific experience, verified by W-2 forms; the qualifier must also hold RMGA (natural gas technician) or equivalent certification. source
